A Newport native, Evelyn has spent much of her career in health services, most recently with a local hospice organization that took her across East Tennessee offering spiritual counseling and support to patients and families in need. Carol Carroll is our Director of Resident Services. Carol joined Chandler House in September of 2000, a month before we officially opened. Carol was born and raised in Central Illinois, and graduated from Decatur School of Practical Nursing in Decatur, Illinois in 1973. Read more about Carol Carroll
